Security is one of our main focus points.

With a built up brick wall and a zoned electric fence we are one of the most secure areas in the South. Spotlights on the perimeter wall further serves to aid to the security personnel and a deterrent to criminals.

Entrance to the estate is limited to people working in the estate and guests / deliveries that are announced by the homeowner.

Access control is managed by a computerized access control system used by both the entrance gates.

Security personnel, who enforce the access control system, man these gates on a 24-hour basis.

Security personnel patrol the estate and the “Magtouch” system is being used to ensure that the perimeter is properly patrolled.

Apart from foot patrols, there is also a response vehicle at night patrolling the estate. The security officer in the vehicle is contactable in various ways to be able to respond to emergencies in the shortest time possible.

The security company used is one of the major security service providers in the country and their supervisors / managers are doing random visits to the estate to ensure their security officers are alert and vigilant.

The Estate Manager does surprise after hour visits to ensure that the contracted security company keeps to the contract requirements.
